Any Questions?
Orders & Shipping
Right now, I ship to Canada and the United States.
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3-10 business days, and delivery usually takes another 5-15 business days, depending on where you live.
Your order is produced and shipped by Printful, a print-on-demand partner with facilities in several locations. The exact fulfillment center depends on your address and product type.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and what’s in your cart. You’ll always see the final shipping cost before you pay.
Yes. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, if tracking is available for your location and shipping method.
Any customs or import fees are set by your country and are not included in my prices. For orders crossing borders (for example, between the US and Canada), you may be charged duties by your local customs office.
Print-on-demand & Products
Print on demand means your item is only produced after you place an order. There’s no big warehouse of stock — your pieces are made just for you.
It’s a slower, more intentional way to run a shop: less overproduction, fewer unused items and more flexibility to explore different patterns without wasting materials.
Because many photos are digital mockups and every screen shows color differently, small differences in color or scale can happen in real life. I work closely with my print partner to keep everything as close as possible to what you see.
Materials depend on the product type. Each product page lists the exact fabric or base material, feel and care instructions.
Design & Process
All patterns in the shop are designed by me, Zuki — from the first sketch to the final repeat pattern.
Some product visuals use AI-assisted mockups and digital tools to show how patterns might look in real spaces. The actual pattern design and final decisions are always done by me.
Maybe! I’m a one-person studio, so I can’t take every request, but if you have a special idea, you’re welcome to email me and we can see what’s possible.
Orders, Changes & Cancellations
Because items are made to order and go into production quite quickly, order changes are only sometimes possible. If you spot a mistake, please email me as soon as you can with your order number.
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, cancellation may be possible. Once production has started, I usually can’t cancel or refund it, because the item has already been made just for you.
Returns & Problems
Because everything is made to order, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted or very different from what you expected, please contact me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Please email me within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order number. I’ll work with my print partner to arrange a replacement or another solution.
If tracking shows your package is stuck or missing, let me know. I’ll contact my fulfillment partner and the carrier to investigate, and we’ll figure out the next step together.
Payment & Security
I currently accept major credit cards.
Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers using industry-standard security. I never see or store your full credit card details on my own servers.
Contact & Feedback
You can email me at zuki.zhuang@gmail.com. I’m a one-person studio, but I try to respond as soon as I can. I genuinely appreciate thoughtful feedback, good, bad or somewhere in between. Feel free to email me any time with ideas, suggestions or gentle complaints.
About the shop itself
Nope. It’s just me, a laptop and a lot of pattern files. Production and shipping are handled by my print-on-demand partner, Printful, so I can focus on designing.
Not at the moment. Zattern is fully online, which lets me keep things small, flexible and focused on design.
