At Zattern, we partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner, to produce and ship all our products. This means your items are created specifically for you after you place your order, ensuring quality and reducing waste. Below, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about shipping your Zattern order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you’re located outside these regions, we’re unable to process your order at this time.
Production Timeline
Since all Zattern products are made to order, there’s a production phase before your item ships:
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Over 97% of orders are produced and ready to ship within 5 business days, with more than 50% completing production within 3 business days or fewer. Production times may vary depending on order volume and product complexity.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been produced and handed off to our shipping carrier, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:| Destination | Estimated Delivery Time |

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including the size and weight of your order, the quantity of items, and your delivery address. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.
Note: If your order crosses the Canada–US border, you may be subject to customs duties or import fees set by your country’s customs office. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package’s journey with the carrier.
Important: Tracking availability depends on your location and the shipping method used. Some destinations may have limited tracking options, but we’ll provide you with the most up-to-date information available.
Shipping Carriers
Zattern orders are shipped through various carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment center handling your order. Common carriers include FedEx, UPS, and other regional carriers. The specific carrier will be noted in your tracking information.
What If My Package Is Lost?
If your tracking information indicates that your package is stuck or missing, or if you don’t receive your order within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us immediately at zuki.zhuang@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.
We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it. If the package is confirmed as lost, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or provide an alternative solution.
Important: You must report a lost package within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for us to file a claim with the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped between Canada and the United States, customs processing may apply. Any customs duties, import fees, or taxes are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. As the recipient, you may be responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential duties on your order.
Order Changes & Delays
Because Zattern products are made to order and enter production quickly, we have limited ability to modify orders once they’re placed. If you notice an error in your order, please email us immediately at zuki.zhuang@gmail.com with your order number.
If your order experiences an unexpected delay beyond our estimated timeline, we’ll do our best to keep you informed. Production delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes or carrier issues, but we’ll communicate any significant delays as soon as we’re aware of them.
International Shipping
At this time, Zattern only ships to Canada and the United States. We’re unable to ship to other countries. If you’re interested in international shipping in the future, please reach out—your feedback helps us plan for growth.
